Locket holds 3 shades (no mirror). Lucky Charm holds 6 and includes a mirror. Keepsake holds 12 and includes a mirror. All are magnetic and refillable.

Your order includes your palette, individually packaged shades, a sticker sheet, and a QR card linking to your assembly video. Lucky Charm and Keepsake orders also include an info booklet and a postcard.

Shipping is free on orders over Rs 1,799. Orders under Rs 1,799 are charged a flat Rs 79 for standard shipping.

We typically dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via SMS/email to stay updated on your delivery.

Standard delivery takes 4 to 7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. We dispatch within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation, and once your order ships you will receive tracking details by SMS and email.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery. Cash on delivery is available on orders of Rs 1,799 and above.

We currently ship across India only.

Because every palette is custom-built to your order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We will arrange a replacement or refund if your order arrives damaged, has missing parts, or is the wrong order. Contact us at contact@insideaout.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photograph of the issue, and we will respond within 2 business days.
