At Inside Août, we want you to love what you've built. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns and Refunds

What we can accept

Because every palette is custom-built to your order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. An order may be eligible for return or replacement in the following circumstances:

•        The product arrived physically damaged

•        Parts or accessories are missing

•        You received the wrong order

How to raise a return request

If your order meets any of the above conditions, please contact us at contact@insideaout.com within 7 days of delivery with:

•        Your order number

•        A clear photograph of the issue

 

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions. If your return is approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged. Once we receive and inspect the product (within 3 business days of receipt), we will issue a replacement or refund as applicable.

If the product is not eligible for return, it will be couriered back to you.

What is not refundable

COD handling fees and shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
